A Little History About Me
Well, here is how it all became to be. I was born in Lubbock Tx. I spent my teen years saddle tramping from ranch to ranch as a hired hand. Those years have left me with some of the most colorful memories of my life. I will never forget working with the last of the American cowboys and Mexican vaqueros. Next came college, I ended up at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Tx. Cowboying just wasn't paying the school enough for them to tell me every thing they knew. Come to think of it, with the money I had in my pocket, they wouldn't even tell me they knew me. Under the sneaking suspision there was air outside of West Texas, I moved to Oaklahoma to attend farrier school. Well, Oaklahoma was flat, and last I heard it is still that way. I still wonder if may be I should have tried for medical school. So I graduated, and the mighty farrier moved back to San Angelo to make his life fortune. My parents still may not recover financialy or emotionaly from the four years that I stayed with them. I went back to school and began to turn out a four year degree program, in agriculture, in a blazing five and 1/2 years. I never did get that degree, just one in hard knocks. I joined the Marines and they landed me in the high desert of Southern California. Believe it or not there are actually quite a few horses out there. After the military, I moved to Cleveland, Tennessee. Here I married my beautiful-loving wife,(AKA advertising executive, customer relations, invintory specialist, and all round good cook)and am still seeking my fortune.
